We need to thank our readership again as the 14 July 20 blog post on our Updated Fuel Tank Offerings achieved another milestone of popularity with our website host platform and also a "big" Thank You for all of the new orders!!  My intention has been to provide videos and text regarding the performance of our TT 1000 and TT 1 racers now that they are both wired for the street in addition to the track. Those videos and texts will be forthcoming. However, due to the increase in Covid 19 here in the US and our intensive temperatures at this time of year in the Sonoran Desert of Arizona, this post will continue to discuss our offerings and specifically our bodywork kits for Ducati's, TT Racers and Norton's. Our last blog post focused on our portfolio of quality aluminum and fiberglass fuel tanks and included a description of some of the new additional fuel tanks. We are now making available the monocoque fuel tank and seat combination for the Ducati 900 ss MHR bevel drive in addition to our Pantah Racer kit as well. Our goal is to continue to offer quality bodywork kits for a wide range of Ducati Bevel Drive and Pantah Belt Driven Racer kits for that Vintage Motorcycle Racer or enthusiast. We are also proud to assist the serious restorer with quality items as shown below.

Bodywork continues to be a big niche for us at and BritIron Norton as we continue to source OEM Ducati and Norton bodywork from our different resources worldwide. As a compliment, we are excited to be a resource for the Ducati Bevel Drive's, TT Racers, Pantah and F1 bodywork kits made available through our affiliation with TGA/Molnar Precision LTD (formerly Two Wheel Classics-UK). Our focus is to find vintage bodywork for the early Ducati Bevel Drives and through the Ducati 916 Superbikes. It is quite novel to refer to one of Massimo Tamburini's masterpieces, the Ducati 916 Superbike, now as a vintage bike but time does not slow down for any of us. I have found an early Ducati 916 fuel tank in the north of The Netherlands that will be on its way to our shop here in Tucson, Arizona USA shortly. We also have a very good selection of bodywork for Pantah's, Alazzurra's, Supersports starting with late 1980's into late 1990's and through the early Ducati 888/851 Desmoquattro Superbikes, through the 996 range and concluding with the 999 Testastretta. Maybe not surprising is that we have a good selection of Ducati 1098 & Derivatives fuel tanks as well. Our heart and soul is deeply invested in the sport of Vintage Motorcycles Racing. Another new addition to the portfolio of vintage racing bodywork kits is a replica of the Ex Works fairing used on TGA founder, Graham Boothby`s own Ducati 750 ss Bevel Drive factory racer. This race fairing would look so good with one of our Imola fuel tanks! We have provided sizes for the fairing on the product listings on, however, due to the curvatures and 3 dimensional shapes of fairings, measurements are approximate and should be used for guidance only. Understanding that fairings are fairly flexible, in most cases, please know that it is possible that the lower parts of a full fairing could be widened or narrowed from the widths given on our listing. Additionally, we also stock Ducati bevel drive twin Half Fairings and Solo Seats for the Ducati 900 Super Sport bevels that are faithful copies of the original items.

Whether restoring your Ducati or prepping it for Vintage Racing, we are here to assist your ambitions. We do offer a wide range of vintage bevel drive Ducati and belt driven TT and F1 bodywork kits for race application or for a striking street bike restoration. Shown below is a set of bodywork fairings for our TT 2 racer that I currently have in inventory here in Tucson, AZ. Our Items are made in a red gelcoat and can arrive in that original state or professionally painted as shown below. Painting services are offered on all of our bodywork and fuel tanks at an additional fee. However, the set below is ready to be bolted on to your TT 2 racer or to be used with an endurance headlamp set-up if your plan is to use your racer for some spirited street riding. Our bodywork kit is made from top quality fiberglass matting and not the substandard, chopped strand material. We can also provide fairing brackets, fairing mounting hardware, windscreens and decal kits as well. At, we have engines, forks, suspension upgrade kits, wheels and brake items to customize your build.

Our Ducati F1 bodywork kits are also getting rave reviews and are available for race or street useage. Do know that our street bodywork kits are direct copies of the original OEM Ducati F1 bodywork. As we have been making these kits for some time now, our customers have preferred that we leave the indentations from the mounting points of the original item in our fiberglass. The thought by many is that it helps the restorer to more effectively mount the bodywork as closely as possible to how the original items were fitted. That has been our philosophy, however, if you want a "blank slate" you may have to purchase from another vendor as the indentations in the fiberglass is how our bodywork arrives. It is made from top quality fiberglass matting and not the substandard chopped strand material. We can also provide fairing brackets, fairing mounting hardware, windscreens and decal kits as well. At, we have engines, forks, suspension upgrade kits for Marzocchi M1R's, wheels and brake items to customize your build.


In addition to our TT 2TT 1, and F1 bodywork kits, it is exciting to see the ever increasing enthusiasm for the early Ducati Belt Driven Pantah motorcycles and Pantah based racers. We can provide chassis kits, bodywork kits and a wide range of other speciality race parts to make that perfect vintage Pantah racer or street bike. Let us "Fuel Your Race Passions" at!! Further, at we have numerous complete Pantah 650 cc and 350 cc engines in addition to our selection of Pantah engine cases, heads and barrels. Shown below is one of our chrome-moly Pantah frames after being powder-coated red and being prepared for shipping to a customer with a painted bodywork kit consisting of Pantah fairings, fuel tank and seat base. All that you need is a donor bike to build the racer of your dreams!! Complete Chassis & Bodywork Kit is shown below. However, we can sell all components separately.

We are always very committed to support those Ducatisti who race their Ducati bevel drive singles. In addition to the Ducati twin bodywork portfolio, we also offer our faithful copy of the Vic Camp Fairing and Seat Base for those early Taglioni specials. It can be argued that "Ingegnere" Taglioni's early successes with the Ducati singles was the prelude to the Ducati factory's successes with Desmo Twins in World Superbike and now in the new era of 4 cylinder desmodromic engines as used in MotoGP and World SBK. This famous Ducati single cylinder fairing was used by Vic Camp on his many successful racers in the UK and is a faithful copy of the original factory fairing as used by factory pilot and personal hero, Bruno Spaggiari. Will fit very nicely on many single cylinder machines such as the Maico, Greeves, Morini, Tiger Cub to name a few and many other models of different marques. Through our BritIron Norton operation, we also offer a full array of Norton & British Racer bodywork like the Norvil race or street half fairings for our Norton 850 & 750 CommandosAfter we complete our JPN 850 Norton project, our BritIron Classics Norton operation will be working on a couple of very unique Dunstall Norton projects where we will use our Norvil front fairing with the remainder of the Dunstall OEM bits. Also available through our BritIron Norton operation, we offer bodywork for Norton Twins and other British racers like this Robb North "Letterbox" full fairing shown below, Seeley full fairings and the Peel Mountain Mile full fairing. The Peel Mountain fairing,for example, was used on the Isle of Man and in Grands Prix events for its excellent weather protection and streamlining capabilities. However, the famous factory Rob North "Letterbox" fairing is available and was made famous by the Triumph Trident and BSA Rocket Three F750 Racers to name a few. This fairing can also be used with other marques and models of racers. The sizes listed on our product details are approximate and should be used for guidance only.
